Just like the Warriors that SOCN supports, it is designed and built in the U.S. This all black watch is a combination of tactical watch and dive watch, which is waterproof to 300 meters. I have been a supporter of Smith and Bradley for a number of years. I admire the quality of their watches, and they are made in the USA! I purchased this for myself. I experienced an issue where the crown will not screw back into the body. I encountered that when I experienced a time change, and notified Smith and Bradley, by phone and email. The telephone number: 1-833-572-8463, rings through to a customer service agency that just handles phone calls. The person sent me links to the Smith & Bradley Guarantee and Refund webpages, via email. There has been no response to my emails, which were sent to: service@sbwatch.com... I really like a company that has good customer service, and I honestly feel that there is no meaningful manner of communicating with this company! I believe that the only other possible means of contact is via a Return Mailing Address... I mean, the "Register Your Watch" link does not even function...
I wanted a nicer black five watch for the collection. I am glad I chose This one. Not only for those that the proceeds help but I love the way the watch wears and feels!! My only personal thing is that both the NATO and Metal(easy to pull links out.) bands are absolutely huge on my 7 interest. But if I had to go around a wetsuit for a dive be nice to have the extra length. Oh and I need to go skydiving with it today!!
The watch has a great look overall. I found it a bit heavy with the metal bracelet, so switched to the NATO band. My only quibble is that the date is very small. It fits in well with my small collection of diver/tactical-style watches from Luminox, Marathon, Seiko, and Bremont, with some of those at much higher price points but similar appearance. It was also important to support the sponsor Find My Tribe.
