We make exceptional watches for exceptional men. And we have designed and crafted our watches to last a lifetime whether you spend that time underwater, in the woods, or in tactical situations. Smith & Bradley watches do not break.

Because of that, we have the best warranty in the business. For as long as you own your watch, we guarantee that it will last and work perfectly. And we will repair or replace any Smith & Bradley watch that does not. No other watch company makes this claim.

This applies to all watches that have been purchased directly from Smith & Bradley or from one of our approved partners selling Smith & Bradley watches. If your watch was purchased from another retailer, you must register your watch at the time of purchase to receive the benefits of this warranty.

The Terms and Conditions of our Lifetime Watch Warranty:

• We guarantee your Smith & Bradley watch will last a lifetime. If you have a problem, call us at 833-572-8463 or email us at service@sbwatch.com and we will be there to help you. Smith & Bradley will either fix or replace your watch free of charge.
• This warranty does not cover a few items:
  1. Straps, including bracelets
  2. Batteries, which must be replaced when needed
  3. Damage from misuse of the watch, lack of care or improper handling (including improper battery replacement)
  4. Water damage from not locking down your crown. Always lock your crown.

This warranty is voided if batteries are replaced by someone other than Smith & Bradley or your watch is repaired by someone other than Smith & Bradley. Our expectations and understanding of watches is much higher than other service centers. Please return your watch to us for repairs or servicing.

This warranty is non-transferable. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Smith & Bradley. If your watch requires replacement but the identical watch is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar watch of equal or similar value.

We recommend all watches be serviced every 5 years. Battery life is generally from 2-4 years. Our Quartz Service or Automatic Service includes battery replacement and can be purchased through the site. Smith & Bradley reserves the right to update, modify or change this warranty at any time.

WATER DAMAGE SERVICE

All Smith & Bradley Watches are required to pass a Water Resistance Test during our assembly and QC process before being delivered to customers once purchased. Water damage due to not locking your crown is not covered by the Smith & Bradley Lifetime Warranty.
