Watch Service & Repair

Every Smith & Bradley watch is serviced in-house at our New Smyrna Beach, Florida service center by the same people who build them. We do not send your watch to a third party. Whether it needs a battery or a full overhaul, it comes back sealed, pressure tested and ready for work.

Prices are for Smith & Bradley watches. Repairs covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty are done at no charge.

How It Works

  1. Book your service. Choose a service above and check out, or email service@sbwatch.com if you are not sure which service you need.
  2. Ship your watch to us. Pack it securely and use a tracked, insured shipping method. Include a note with your name, email, order number and a short description of any issues.
  3. We inspect it. If your watch needs anything beyond the service you booked, we email you a quote and wait for your approval before doing the work.
  4. We service and test it. Every watch is pressure tested and checked for timekeeping before it leaves our bench.
  5. We ship it back. Battery and Seal & Pressure services take up to 10 business days. Full services take up to 15 business days from when we receive your watch.
